HARTFORD 5A-650

HARTFORD’s 5A-650 Gantry type 5-axis machining centre features a 650mm diameter rotating and tilting table with table load capacity up to 200KG.  B and C axis positioning speeds up to 25 rpm, with a full circumference hydraulic brake.  Available with 30, 40 or 60 tool capacity and spindle speed of 24,000 rpm.  The Hartford 5A-650 exhibits unmatched rigidity and stability when machining at high speeds.

DURMA AD-S PRESS BRAKE

DURMA AD-S high performance series CNC press Brakes offer unlimited possibilities for faster setup & production. Standard with the 3D graphical Cybelec ModEva 15 touchscreen controller. Optional multi axis back gauge for taper folding and hydraulic quick change tool clamping.

ERCOLINA CNC Giga Mandrel Benders

ERCOLINA's Giga Bender series of CNC mandrel benders incorporates the patented KST clam shell hydraulic clamping system.  This system eliminates tube slippage and reduces the bending head size.  The ERCOLINA Giga bender range is ideal for industrial bending of tube, pipe, square and rectangular profiles to centre line radius as small as 1.5 x diameter.

HARTFORD HCMC Series

The new “Solid as a Rock” structure of the HCMC series delivers exceptional cutting performance with enhanced surface finish, whether you are heavy cutting or fine finishing. Check out the new high performance spindle headstock design. The casting of the headstock has been enlarged to encase the spindle, significantly increasing spindle rigidity.

CARIF Bandsaws

These production orientated saws have several patented features, including the clamping system, swivel of the bow and the enclosed hydraulic down feed and pressure relief system. Semi-automatic models will mitre cut 45 degrees to the left and 60 degrees to the right. The fully automatic models will mitre cut to the right.
