Hydraulic material clamping One of the most important factors for cutting quality is to fasten the material between the vices. The materials are fastened by hydraulic driven vices in order to prevent any loosening during cutting.
Bearing and carbide tape guiding When the right saw tape is used, the steepness and tangential of the cutting is mostly depends to tape guiding. Ideal cutting is achieved by carbide metals guides that touch to the tape side surface thanks to its vertical positioned bearings that assures proper gap and parallelism. By this way, tape and material costs are minimized and finishing operations eliminated.
Adjustable cutting speed The appropriate cutting speed is very important for providing ideal cutting. In case of cutting speed is faster or slower, it affects the cutting quality as well as shortens the tape life.
Linear bearing system Strong and critical linear bearing system ensures the band saw’s body frame move up and down on the columns without vibration and band bearing to move forward and backwards. In this way, a better cut and longer tape life is provided.
Bimetal band saw & cooling system As a standard one bi-metal band saw for general purpose is given with the machine. Water based boron oil is spread with desired flow to the tape bed and cutting area with strong centrifugal pump.
Arm and clamp system moving together band bearing is assembled with linear tracks and cars and it is automatically positioned close to the cut material. This way time saving and better quality cut is provided.
Mechanical tape stretching and break off switch Tape tension is very important for ideal cutting. In case the tape is too tight or loose, it affects the cutting process negatively and shortens tape life. Tape tightening process is done mechanically, hydro mechanically or hydraulic-driven. In each application there are switches automatically measures the tape tension. If the tension is not in right level, the system doesn’t work and in case the tape is broken the system stops automatically.
Cutting height adjustment According to work piece height, appropriate positioning of the tape saves great time especially at serial cuttings.
Mechanical top holder In bonded material cutting process, mechanically adjusted with bearing roll prevents the material to be separated from the package.
Digital angle display During the motorized spinning table is adjusted + / - 60º manually, digital angle display allows us to see the angle number with 0, 1 degree susceptibility.
Bilateral 60º angled cut Bilateral band saw body with the motor measuring 60 º angle cutting can be done faster. Turning any material to be cut right and left is not necessary when up to 60 º angle cut is made.
Manual chip brush During cutting cleaning the chips between the teeth of the ribbon is very important for the life of the tape. Chips are mostly cleaned with this manual chip brush. Accumulation of chips around the the saw body is blocked.
Motorized spinning table The saw body is assembled on large scale geared spinning table and angling both sides is ensured by hydraulic motor and reduction gear.
1.5 metre supply easel Bolt bearing easel at the entrance or the exit of the machine provides to move the supplies easily.
Portable control panel Controlling all functions of the machine creates larger working space. This prevents the operator from the possible damages.

Motorized chip-brush Cleaning the chips between the tapes is very important for the tape’s life. Motorized chip brush cleans most of the chips and prevents the dirt gathering on the body.
3 metre material table At the front or back side of the machine the table provides easy material entrance by bear driven rolls.
Chip conveyor Especially solid material cutting creates big amounts of chips and needs to be cleaned frequently. The motorized chip conveyor transfers the chips out of the machine.
Laser marking system It helps length adjustment of the work piece. The laser line reflecting on the front side of the tape allows to see the length and the cutting line of the material easier. Tape placed higher than the material and during feeding of the material, tape is not damaged by hitting the material. This system provides convenience in half-automatic machines and special cutting works.
Micro spray cooling system The spray is used on the tape instead of boron oil to prevent over heating. It minimizes the heating by spraying special mixture of micronised cutting oil and air to make longer tape life and facilitate the cutting. Besides being ecological it also minimizes the boron oil costs
