Multi Tool Durma rotation punch press machines can angular position each tool station within ± 0,02°. Upper and lower tools have no mechanical connection which means they can be perfectly aligned, even defects in the tools can be adjusted out. Standard is the 6 tool station you can option 3, 6, 8 or 10 tool stations

Intelligent High-Speed Hydraulics DURMA uses a Bosch – Rexroth advanced closed loop hydraulic system. Being a closed loop system allows forming and the use of Wilson’s “wheel” technology.

Programmable Sheet Clamps & Auto Sheet Re-positioning The position of the sheet clamps are automatically set by standard program information. Contact sensors automatically stop the machine if these sensors detect any movement of the sheet while it is clamped.

A new design direct drive positioning system for the X and Y axis increases performance and eliminates any
efficiency loss due to belts, gears, and transmissions. Both axis are driven by Siemens servo motors. Simultaneous positioning speeds of 120 m/min are reached. 1g acceleration is achieved over the whole working range
