Ercolina formers are the most important machine bending equipment, which has undergone many design improvements that confirm the ERCOLINA patented technology .  Besides being produced as a single metal block with no other welded piece attached, Ercolina formers present a particular groove shape, enhanced in 30 years of constant designing to achieve superior quality bends also with small wall thickness tubes and very soft materials. Furthermore, an encoder for measuring former rotation angle is installed to assure bend accuracy up to 1° bend angle.
